"Easy return, no stress"
I ordered a hat from Lids and somehow picked the wrong size by mistake, which was kind of annoying, but not a huge deal.
The return policy seemed clear, and I didn’t really have to dig around forever to figure out what to do. I started the return quickly and sent it back without any weird hassle.

The refund came through a little faster than I expected, too. Overall, it made me feel better about ordering from them again, since returns don’t seem like they’re going to be a headache

"Showed up sooner than I figured"
I ordered a hat from Lids and was kind of expecting it to take at least a week, maybe longer. But it shipped out quickly, and the tracking seemed to update the way it should, so I wasn’t really worried about it.

It ended up getting here a few days earlier than I thought, which was a nice surprise. The box looked fine too. Nothing too complicated about the order, but the faster shipping was probably what stood out the most.

"Legit hat, but I’m still annoyed"
I ordered a fitted cap from lids.com and, the hat itself was legit. It looked like real team gear, the tags were right, and the stitching was clean. Shipping showed up fine too, so I can’t blame the product. But it’s annoying that I even had to worry about whether it would be authentic in the first place. Lids got this one right, and I’d probably buy from them again, but they really need to make the whole experience feel less questionable.

I was relieved after checking out Lids because they had a better mix than I expected. I found hats for my team and even a few brands I already like, so it wasn’t a hassle like I thought it might be. The site was easy enough to use too. My only complaint is that I wish some sizes stayed in stock more often

"Exchange was easier than I expected"
I ordered a hat from lids.com and when it showed up, the size wasn’t quite right. To be fair, that was probably on me since I kind of guessed instead of measuring or anything.

I wasn’t totally sure how annoying the exchange would be, but it ended up being straightforward. I contacted support, they told me what to do, and after a few days the replacement got sent out.
I’m giving 4 stars because the waiting part felt a little longer than I would’ve liked, and I was half expecting it to turn into a hassle. But the new hat fits well, so I can’t really complain too much.

The custom embroidery turned out good overall. The stitching was clean and the colors matched what I asked for, so I was happy with that part. It did take a bit longer than I expected though, and I felt like I had to put in more effort than I should have to keep checking on things.

"Hat turned out right, even though I felt a bit ignored"
The custom hat came out how I wanted in the end, and the letters were placed exactly where I asked. I did feel kind of ignored at first when trying to explain the placement, but at least the final result was right.

"Way more hats than I thought"
I wasn’t expecting lids to have this many options, honestly. I found my team’s hat in a bunch of colors, plus a few styles I never saw in the store, which was cool. Browsing was easy enough too. I mean, I got a little overwhelmed after a while, but overall I’m happy with what I found.

How long does it usually take to move from the processing stage to being shipped? i placed an order a week ago and it still hasn't been shipped.

I ordered from lids.ca on may 11 and i got an email saying "thank you for your order! our team is processing it now and we'll send you a shipping confirmation once it ships." but till now i still havent gotten an email confirmation please help.
